Program: This Project was delivered three weeks earlier than programmed.
Program: Expert staging and processes, and close interfaces with other contractors mitigated program delays, and ensured works continued under all weather conditions. Works were accelerated and methodologies changed (e.g. double handling of materials) to manage the high-risk impact of wet weather on the drainage network and site conditions.
Milestones: Winslow Infrastructure met and/or exceeded all project milestones.
Safety: The project was successfully and safely completed with zero incidents.
